I’m gonna level with you… This is the kind of look I usually prefer. My weekends typically consist of hoodies & jeans. I’ll take comfort over fancy almost any day. After spending my entire Saturday at basketball games, I was quite content to spend the rest of the weekend as comfy as possible!

Confessional Friday

Whew. We made it! It’s Friday & we are one week away from Christmas break folks! Let’s celebrate with some confessing 🙂

1. I confess that J.Crew Factory, Old Navy, Gap, Loft & Forever 21 have had some killer sales lately. It’s not just Black Friday & Cyber Monday madness anymore! Some of my favorite pieces {that I wear all the time} like this jeweled sweater, this herringbone vest + puffer vest & this chambray have been on serious sale this week.

2. I confess that the cheer coach life can be rough. Ok, not really but three nights of basketball, a night of community service & a night with a Christmas party {on top of practices after school} all in one week leaves little time for anything else. It’s a good thing I love those girls 😉

3. I confess that I am so uber proud of my husband. He had a few stressful finals this week but he has worked his butt off & has been so successful. He was even so proud of himself that he bought himself a reward. After lots of tough thinking & research, he settled on this. Oi.

4. I confess that I had a blast last night at the Francesca’s Friends & Family event! The entire store was 25% off & they had treats + drinks to enjoy while browsing for your favorite pieces! Come back tomorrow for pictures & details from the event 🙂



5. I confess that I may have had a little too much fun browsing for sequin dresses this week. After Monday’s post with a black sequin number, I have had several friends contact me looking for their own version! I have found so many options at such stellar prices, I just had to share! Tis’ the season!
