Yay! Happy Friday! We finally made it! We are having an ‘ice’ day today so I am getting some extra time stuck at home catching up on my DVR’d shows. I am so looking forward to the long [ 4 day!! ] weekend and spending some time with my parents! They are driving into OKC from Missouri tonight and we have some fun things planned. Plus, Beckam just turned 9 months old and he is all of a sudden doing so many new things- clapping, pulling up and he finally has the ‘real’ crawl down! He has had the army crawl mastered for a few months now. He is so fun at this age & I kind of wish I could just freeze him like this forever!
One of the places my mom & I always like to go when she is in town is Lush Fashion Lounge. If you’ve read here very long at all, you know just how often I shop there! It’s seriously my favorite boutique and there is always something new I find when I go shopping. My last trip into Lush involved me finding this camo Piko! I seriously love just about everything from Piko. If you’ve never tried one on, you’re for sure missing out. I own several different styles [all from Lush!] like the swing dress, tunic, and sweater. The material is unlike anything I’ve ever felt! SO soft & easy to wear. Lush is definitely THE place to shop Piko items. They have the biggest selection available and they even have things exclusively made just for them that you can’t find anywhere else!
This camo hooded pullover is one of those items! Lush worked with Piko to create this so it’s the only place you can grab this cute piece! While it is cute on it’s own, I love how it looks mixed with stripes! [duh, I am a print-mix-aholic! ha!] Because of the length it would actually be perfect with leggings too. It’s a really fun style that works great now and will be super cute in the Spring too!
I also have to point out this Fitbit to you guys! My husband got me the Fitbit Alta for my birthday. While I loved all the features on it, the basic rubber bands didn’t go very well with my outfits IMO. Then I stumbled upon this gold band! Game changer!! Now I get the best of both worlds. It’s fashion forward and matches all of my outfits + I get the benefits of wearing a Fitbit. It also syncs with your phone to show text and calls as well. I absolutely LOVE it!
